At Crazy Mattress Man, we hand-pick our mattresses, furniture, adjustable bases, lift chairs, and sleep products with care. Our goal is to help every customer choose wisely before purchasing. Because many of our products are bedding, furniture, special-order, or delivered items, we keep our return policy clear and fair.

We encourage every customer to ask questions, test products when available, and talk with Paul before purchasing. We are here to help you choose the right mattress, furniture, adjustable base, or lift chair for your needs and budget.

Mattress Returns

For health and sanitation reasons, mattresses are final sale once delivered, picked up, opened, or used.

If a mattress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty claim when applicable.

Furniture, adjustable bases, lift chairs, foundations, frames, and special-order items are final sale once delivered, assembled, used, or picked up.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours. We may request photos, documentation, and inspection before approving a replacement, repair, exchange, or warranty claim.

Special-order items are ordered specifically for the customer and may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed with the vendor.

Deposits on special orders are non-refundable unless Crazy Mattress Man is unable to fulfill the order.

Unopened and unused accessories, such as mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, and bedding items, may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Opened, used, washed, or removed-from-packaging bedding accessories are not returnable for health and sanitation reasons.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

We will review the issue and determine the next step. Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or assistance with a manufacturer warranty claim.

Some products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer, not Crazy Mattress Man.

We are happy to help guide customers through the warranty process when possible, but manufacturer warranty approvals, repairs, replacements, and timelines are handled according to the manufacturer’s policy.

Normal wear and tear, comfort preference, improper use, stains, odors, damage from moving, and lack of proper support may not be covered by warranty.

Delivery, setup, assembly, and removal fees are non-refundable once service has been completed.

If an item must be exchanged or replaced, additional delivery or pickup fees may apply.

Floor models, clearance items, discontinued items, closeouts, and as-is items are sold as-is and are final sale.

These items may have cosmetic imperfections, limited availability, or no manufacturer warranty unless stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or financing provider.

Financed purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the financing provider.

We want every customer to feel respected, informed, and served with honesty. Our policy is designed to protect customer trust, maintain sanitation standards, and allow us to steward the business responsibly.
